and...
my friend Jack, who is a neighbor's cat, is very sick and old. Jack has been through so much at the cat hospital this last year or two. he's skin and bones but still very loving and cheerful. because he is so weak, and in pain, his vet may be making a house call soon. Jack is and always was a people cat. very friendly.
so you see i am sad today. but it's okay to feel this way sometimes.

I'm so sorry about all kitties in pain. Poor Jack! you can see he is still determined to remain in the now, though . . .
Me too. It makes me really sad. I lost a kitty name Caterpillar to leukemia and it still makes me super sad and teary. Sorry you feel down, Eddy.
that is sad.
yes, its okay to feel that way sometimes.
but i hope you feel happier soon
Sometimes sadness helps us appreciate and care more for the special things in our lives. Jack looks like a grand old Mancat.
It's OK to feel sad Eddy. I feel sad for Precious and Jack and Texas and their beans too. My eyes have been leaking all evening. xxx
Jack is beautiful in a very brave way! It's okay to be sad, Edward. In fact I feel sad right now.
There's nothing wrong with being sad sometimes. It shows we care. Purrs to all poorly kitties.
Jack reminds us of our neighbor kitty, Whitey. He is a very old Tomcat. He lives down the street and 2 years ago decided that he wanted our Uncle Allen to feed him everyday. Whitey also sneaks into our cousin's Condos and curls up in front of the fireplace during the winter. We like Whitey. Mom should do a post about Whitey sometime.
Aw. This is moving.
Love to u Eddy poo.
