Edward, as a young bebbeh kitten, it is your job to be annoying and run at full speed everywhere!

Maybe when you're relieved of your tomcathood (to put it gently), you'll also be relieved of your annoying phase.

Bob was rather energetic as a kitten; born outside to a feral mother, Bob never exhibited any feral behaviors himself because he learned quickly that hanging around people was his ticket out of the outside life. Still, he chased his cat daddy around quite a bit and used to tackle Elmo constantly. He'd get into this total wrestling pose, towering over his victim, his skinny little arms spread wide open before slamming Elmo or my mother's cat down to the ground.

Seems to me he was a bit calmer, a bit less energetic after his surgery. But at almost 3 years old (he's probably already 3 since he must've been born at the beginning of September, but I celebrate his birthday on the day he came into my life, which was October 1st--he was just a wee little guy--he fit in the palm of my hand), Bob's still very playful and has the night crazies, if you know what those are, during which he runs from room to room at top speed, chasing Elmo in the dark, or just running for the heck of it.

He also has the morning crazies.

He's a big boy, but he still loves to play and wrestle.

Hope you stop annoying everyone soon, Edward. You're too cute to be annoying, dude.

Me and Eddy and Dennis are all born outsiders to feral moms. Dennis was annoying, but I was very sickly in my kittenhood.

WAT thinks Dennis deserves an award for his almost tireless patience with Eddy.

pimple has been going thru a funny phase too. he didn't come home last night (perhaps because we had a rather loud dinner party going on), and when he came home this morning (5am) he meowed very loudly very muchly, and then proceeded to divebite my arm until i got up. then he divebited my ankle! yesterday i was, however, considering changing his name to percy simmons, and so perhaps he got the hump?
