i'm taking a break

i'm going to relax away from the computer for a few weeks. i love you all and will visit your blogs when i come back. i love my new handknit blankets. 

i am back!

i survived my operation! it was a harrowing experience, but the pretty nurses at the cat hospital were very sweet and loving.

when i recovered,  i sent text messages out to Dennis and Chedwick to let them know i was okay. 

when i got home they rushed to the cat carrier and were nice to me. Dennis got in the carrier right away, so he could pretend he was going to the cat hospital.  then we all had a nice luncheon.

it is good to be back home. 

i got a new balloon

i got a new balloon it is black with a skull and crossbones--a pirate balloon.

same old problem -- Dennis wants to chew up the ribbon and bite a hole in the balloon.

 
supercat to the rescue! I will swoop in, grab my balloon and run away before Dennis can react.
